TV Review – ‘The Vicar of Dibley in Lockdown’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Let’s talk about ‘The Vicar of Dibley’! It’s a BBC sitcom starring Dawn French as Geraldine Granger, who becomes a vicar in the small village of Dibley. This is a comedy series that’s mostly seen every year, whether it’s at Christmas time or any other time. I think people prefer to see it over Christmas. Continue reading

I’ve now seen the first of three birthday presents from my best mate Stephen for 2017!

I enjoyed watching ‘Blackadder’s Christmas Carol’ on DVD! Yes I know, it’s too early for Christmas as it’s only June! But as Oliver Hardy said, “Do your Christmas shopping early!” 😀 Also, if I can review ‘Doctor Who’ Christmas Specials throughout the year, why can’t I do it with Blackadder’s Christmas?! I’ve greatly enjoyed ‘Blackadder Goes Forth’ on DVD! This is the fourth and final series of the BBC sitcom ‘Blackadder’ by Richard Curtis and Ben Elton. I enjoyed this version of ‘Blackadder’, especially, since its set during the First World War and some of my favourite comedy actors are featured in this. Continue reading
