Here we are on the second ‘Doctor Who’ audio adventure from the 2014 Sixth Doctor/Peri trilogy, starring Colin Baker and Nicola Bryant. It’s time for ‘Masters of Earth’, featuring the Daleks. The story takes place during ‘The Dalek Invasion of Earth’, a year before the First Doctor helps to end the Dalek occupation on 22nd century Earth.

Are you excited about this one? Today we celebrate the Eighth Doctor era in ‘Doctor Who’ for the 55th anniversary. Paul McGann had one story in his TV tenure as the Eighth Doctor in 1996 (two if you count ‘The Night of the Doctor’ as well). Now he’s had plenty of adventures in books, audios and comics.

I love ‘Shada’! Do you love ‘Shada’? Well, you must have had the 2017 DVD of ‘Shada’ for Christmas like I had. I enjoyed this new version of ‘Shada’ so much and now I’ve added my review to it on my blog with my other ‘Shada’ reviews on the 1992 VHS release and on the novelization by Gareth Roberts.

I’ve now added my reviews on the ‘Doctor Who’ stories by the author of ‘The Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy’ himself, Douglas Adams. Douglas wrote three ‘Doctor Who’ stories for TV and was the script-editor for the series in 1979 for Season 17. I’m celebrating his contribution to the series in my reviews!
