Today, we go back in time, as the third story in Season 3 of the classic ‘Doctor Who’ TV series takes us to the city of Troy, where the Greeks and the Trojans are fighting each other. This is ‘The Myth Makers’, a four-part historical adventure. It features the departure of Maureen O’Brien as Vicki and it introduces a new companion in Adrienne Hill as Katarina. To make up for my disappointment of ‘The Romans’ novelization of ‘Doctor Who’ I reviewed lately, I’ve decided to re-post my blog post for ‘The Myth Makers’ novelization by Donald Cotton. I consider that to be a better ‘Doctor Who’ novelization by Donald Cotton and found it so enjoyable, especially with the audiobook narration by Stephen Thorne.
