In hindsight, Season 10 may not have celebrated every aspect of ‘Doctor Who’ at that point compared to Season 20 and ‘The Five Doctors’ for the 20th anniversary. In terms of celebrating the show’s 10th anniversary however, it did so rather well in style with the very first story of the season.

It’s Season 10 of the classic ‘Doctor Who’ TV series. The 10th anniversary of ‘Doctor Who’! 🙂 Today, we take a look at ‘The Three Doctors’, the first ‘Doctor Who’ story to feature more than one Doctor. As well as Jon Pertwee as the Third Doctor, we have the return of Patrick Troughton as the Second Doctor and William Hartnell as the First Doctor. There’s also Katy Manning as Jo Grant, Nicholas Courtney as the Brigadier and John Levene as Sergeant Benton. The four-part story also features Stephen Thorne as Omega. ‘The Three Doctors’ can be checked out on DVD, Blu-ray and Britbox.
