Three Updated ‘MCU’ Reviews

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradey!

In updating my ‘Spider-Man’ film reviews recently, I’ve also updated the reviews on three ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe’ films that feature Spider-Man in them. This includes ‘Captain America: Civil War’ (Spider-Man’s debut in the ‘MCU’) and the double bill films ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ and ‘Avengers: Endgame’. Continue reading

Movie Review – ‘Thor: Love and Thunder’

SPOILERS ALERT!!!

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Well, I’ve seen the fourth ‘Thor’ film in the ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe’‘Thor: Lovely and Thunderous’ ( 😀 ), starring Chris Hemsworth and Natalie Portman. In fact, I’ve seen this film twice at the cinema. I think this is a ‘Thor’ film that needs to be seen twice at the cinema to appreciate the story and characters. Continue reading

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s been a while since I shared thoughts on movie trailers, hasn’t it? This week, we’ve had two trailers for two exciting movies – ‘Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning: Part One’ and ‘Thor: Love and Thunder’ – that are coming out soon at the cinema. Let me share my thoughts on these trailers. Continue reading

Blu-ray Review – ‘Avengers: Endgame’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

And welcome back everyone to the ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe Film Review Season’!

Don’t worry, I won’t go over-the-top and mad like I did the last time with introducing the review for ‘Avengers: Infinity War’. Mind you, I don’t feel quite so happy since I’m stuck in the Divergent Universe and many of you are probably still stuck at home due to the coronavirus pandemic – please keep safe. Timelord007 is still out there in space whilst Wolfie and Whiskeybrewer have vanished. 😦 Continue reading

DVD Review – ‘Thor: Ragnarok’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

And welcome everyone to the final week of this year’s ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe Film Review Season’!

And here we are on what is arguably considered to be the unusual ending for ‘Phase Three: Part One’ in the ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe’ movie series. This is ‘Thor: Ragnarok’, the third film in the ‘Thor’ trilogy so far as well as the last ‘MCU’ film that was shown in 2017. Yeah ‘Phase Three: Part One’ covered two years of ‘MCU’ movies at the cinema whilst the second half covered the next two. Continue reading

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I miss the ‘Doctor Who Experience’ in Cardiff Bay. I enjoyed going to the gift shop and seeing what was inside the exhibition full of adventure and displays of costumes and monsters. Thus, I suppose it gets all made up for when I attended the latest interactive exhibit in Cardiff – the ‘Marvel Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N.’. Continue reading

Stan Lee – 1922-2018

Hello everyone.

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley.

I want to give my tribute to Stan Lee the man – the Marvel Comics legend who was the brains behind many of my favourite superheroes that first appeared in comics and went on to be in films. This includes my favourite superhero, Spider-Man, who I dreamed about becoming when I was a kid. Continue reading

DVD Review – ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

And welcome back everyone to the ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe Film Review Season 2’!

Today we’re looking at the penultimate film in Phase Two of the ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe’ film series. And it’s ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’, sequel to ‘Avengers Assemble’ (or ‘The Avengers’ as the USA calls it). Which makes wonder why ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ isn’t the final movie for Phase Two. Continue reading
