Here we are on the final story of Season 6 of the classic ‘Doctor Who’ TV series and the final story of the Patrick Troughton era. This is ‘The War Games’, a ten-part epic adventure, starring Patrick Troughton as the Second Doctor, Frazer Hines as Jamie and Wendy Padbury as Zoe. ‘The War Games’ can be checked out on DVD and via Britbox. We’ve recently seen Series 2 and I’ve added my reviews on the eight episodes of the season to my blog. Series 2 of ‘Call the Midwife’ stars Jessica Raine, Miranda Hart, Jenny Agutter, Pam Ferris and Judy Parfitt.

But this time we’re looking at a Doctor who appeared in one of the stage plays that was shown back in December 1974. This is of course Trevor Martin as the Doctor in ‘Seven Keys to Doomsday’.
