And welcome to the penultimate instalment of the ‘X-Men Film Review Season’!!!!!

There’s one more ‘X-Men’ film to check out after this, but it’s time to check out the final instalment of the main ‘X-Men’ film series called ‘X-Men: Dark Phoenix’ – or just ‘Dark Phoenix’ as it’s called in the USA. ‘X-Men: Dark Phoenix’ is written and directed by Simon Kinberg. It stars James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Sophie Turner, Tye Sheridan, Alexander Shipp and Jessica Chastain. Like ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’, has my opinion on ‘Dark Phoenix’ changed significantly since I first saw it at the cinema back in 2019?

Have my thoughts on this film changed since then? At the end of March, last weekend on Saturday, my best mate Stephen and I went to see a film at the cinema. We were deciding whether to watch ‘Tomb Raider’ or ‘Ready Player One’. In the end, we watched ‘Ready Player One’. And to be honest, I actually enjoyed watching this movie at the cinema!
