The TARDIS duo visit the Psychic Circus, where we meet Ian Reddington as the Chief Clown, T. P. McKenna as Captain Cook, Jessica Martin as Mags, Chris Jury as Deadbeat, and many more. This is another ‘Doctor Who’ story that has been highly rated by the fans.
