Guess what? I’ve now posted my reviews on ‘The Lord of the Rings’ BBC radio series on my ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog. This radio series stars Ian Holm as Frodo Baggins with Michael Horden as Gandalf; Robert Stephens as Aragorn; John Le Mesurier as Bilbo; Peter Woodthorpe as Gollum and Bill Nighy as Sam.

Doctor Who Timelines – The Companions’ Timelines Index

Hello everyone 🙂

Since I’ve finished uploading the timelines for the 13 Doctors in ‘The Doctors’ Timelines Index’ on ‘Bradley’s Basement’, I am now in the process of uploading timelines for the ‘Doctor Who’ companions. Here is a link to the page here called ‘The Companions Timelines’ Index’.

So far, I’ve uploaded the timelines for the five main companions featured in ‘The Light At The End’. These include Leela, Nyssa, Peri, Ace and Charley.

21st October 2015 (Back to the Future Day)

Hello everyone! 🙂

Today is the 21st of October 2015! It’s a very important day for ‘Back to the Future’ fans!

This is the day that Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) and Doc Brown (Christopher Brown) went to ‘the future’ and visited Hill Valley in 2015 as seen in ‘Back to the Future, Part II’.

On that day, Marty saved his son from being framed as well as getting fired (or didn’t depending on how you look at it) and Biff attempted to change history by stealing Doc’s time-travelling Delorean.

But hang on a minute!

Convention Report – Dimensions 2015

Hello everyone! 🙂

As I mentioned in a previous post on my blog, I’ve been away for the weekend attending the ‘Doctor Who’ convention ‘Dimensions 2015’ in Newcastle. It was a three-day convention, but I attended the Saturday only. This was because Newcastle was a long way from Cardiff and I wanted to save money.

Also Sarah Sutton who plays Nyssa, my favourite ‘Doctor Who’ companion, was attending that Saturday and I especially wanted to see her. I was also looking forward to seeing the other stars including Colin Baker; Nicola Bryant; Mark Strickson; Daphne Ashbrook; Maureen O’Brien; etc.

Here is a little report of how the day went.

Sarah Sutton at ‘Pandorica 2015’

I’ve been to a ‘Doctor Who’ convention in Newcastle called ‘Dimensions 2015’ last weekend. I’ll be giving a little report on this convention very soon.

Whilst I was in Newcastle, I received some very nice photos of Sarah Sutton (my favourite ‘Doctor Who’ companion) on my tablet. The photos of Sarah were taken during her panel talk at the ‘Pandorica 2015’ convention in Bristol last September (which was the highlight of the Saturday for me).

Theatre Review – ‘A Murder Is Announced’

Last night, my parents and I went to see the theatre production of Agatha Christie’s murder mystery ‘A Murder Is Announced’ at the New Theatre in Cardiff. I thoroughly enjoyed the play and the actors’ performances throughout. Here’s a quick review on what I liked about this murder mystery on stage.

Convention Report – Pandorica 2015

Is it the 4th of October, 2015 today? How time flies!

Last weekend from the 25th-27th of September, 2015, I attended the ‘Pandorica 2015’ convention in Bristol. It was a lovely weekend. The sun was shining on both days and I got to see some of my favourite stars of ‘Doctor Who’. Let me share with you some of the highlights of that weekend!

The stars that attended the convention included Sarah Sutton; Peter Purves; Frazer Hines; Deborah Watling; Anneke Wills; etc. Not everyone was there on both days of the convention. Saturday was the highlight for me as Sarah was attending that day and she’s my favourite ‘Doctor Who’ companion.
