It’s that time again to bring you another Disney+ Roundup on ‘Bradley’s Basement’, and today we have a triple feature as I’ve seen three movies that I’ve never seen before on Disney+ lately. Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

And welcome to Season 7 of the classic ‘Doctor Who’ TV series! 🙂 It’s the first season of the 1970s, the first season to be shown in colour on TV, and it’s the first season to feature Jon Pertwee as the Third Doctor. We start off Season 7 by taking a look at the four-part adventure ‘Spearhead From Space’. This story also features the return of Nicholas Courtney as Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart and U.N.I.T. This story also introduces Caroline John as Liz Shaw as well as the monstrous Autons and the Nestene Consciousness. ‘Spearhead From Space’ can be checked out on DVD and Blu-ray as well as on Britbox. Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Like how I ended the William Hartnell/First Doctor era in the 60th Anniversary Marathon of ‘Doctor Who’ with a review on ‘The Beginning’, the first story of ‘The Quadrigger Stoyn Trilogy’ by Big Finish, here I am ending the Patrick Troughton/Second Doctor era with a review on ‘The Dying Light’, the second story of ‘The Quadrigger Stoyn Trilogy’. ‘Doctor Who’ 60th Anniversary Marathon – Reflection on the Second Doctor

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s time to talk about how I view Patrick Troughton as the Second Doctor in ‘Doctor Who’. Of course, Patrick Troughton had the challenge of taking over from William Hartnell as the Doctor. He did well with the take-over. ‘Doctor Who’ wouldn’t be where it is today without Patrick Troughton. 🙂 Continue reading

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Patrick Troughton’s third and final season as the Second Doctor in ‘Doctor Who’ – Season 6 – is arguably a bold season in the classic TV series. Some of my favourite stories are included in this season, including ‘The Mind Robber’, ‘The Invasion’ and ‘The War Games’. Those three are epic stories. Continue reading
