Hello and Welcome

Greetings to you all!

Welcome to Bradley’s Basement’, the first blog site by Tim Bradley.

Some of you may already know me, and if you do, thank you so much for visiting my site. I hope to write some interesting posts on this blog of mine and ones which I hope you’ll enjoy.

Here’s a little info about who I am. First of all, I live in Cardiff in South Wales (not Oxford according to the first photo above as that was taken whilst I was on holiday this August, 2015). I’m a ‘Doctor Who’ fan and a Sarah Sutton/Nyssa fan as you can see in the second picture above.

I’m also a fan of ‘Star Trek’; ‘The Lord of the Rings’; ‘Spider-Man’; the ‘Back to the Future’ trilogy; ‘Dad’s Army’; ‘Fawlty Towers’ and many other things in TV; Films; Books; CDs, etc. I wrote reviews on my Amazon.co.uk profile. Now you can view them here on ‘Bradley’s Basement’. I hope to share some of the things I like about life in general and keep you posted about what I’m doing for each week.

I attend ‘Doctor Who’ conventions in the UK and hope to share a little report on each of the conventions I’m attending in later weeks. If you have any requests or like me to write something on what I like on my blog, please let me know in the comments’ feedback. Just click on the posts I put on here and give feedback in the ‘Leave a reply’ box.

I hope you enjoy what goes on in ‘Bradley’s Basement’ and that my posts on this blog will keep you entertained.

See you soon!

Tim. 🙂

Thanks Timelord Simon. I might move all my reviews from Amazon.co.uk to my Bradley’s Basement blog here. But it’s early days at the moment, so I’ll cross that bridge when I come to it. Hope you enjoy more of what’s coming on ‘Bradley’s Basement’. Thanks. Tim. 🙂

Hello vinnieh. Very nice of you to say that about my blog. I’ve had a look at yours and it looks impressive too. Glad to hear you’re a LOTR fan too. Hope you get to enjoy my LOTR reviews on my blog soon. I hope to write reviews on ‘The Hobbit’ trilogy once I get the extended edition DVD of ‘The Battle of Five Armies’ for Christmas. Thanks. Tim. 🙂

Tim i hear you been mentioned by Sophie Aldred in the Life Of Crime interviews, she says your timelines were helpful to her.

As soon as i hear the audio I’ll let you know officially if it’s true.

Thanks Simon! Really?! I had no idea! I’ll check out those extras later on today to hear it for myself. It’s nice that Sophie’s mentioned me and I’m glad my timelines have been helpful to her. Tim. 🙂

Interesting news, Simon. I’ve had a look on the Ebay link for ‘The Savages, Episode 4’ on ‘The Divergent Universe’ forum. Not sure why it’s being sold on Ebay and not to the BBC as technically it’s their property. I hope fans will get to see this episode soon as it’s a pivotal episode for Steven departing the series. Thanks for letting me know. Tim. 🙂

Apparently it’s a scam & the missing episode has not been found.

I’m gutted as The Savages is one of my favourite First Doctor story’s.

Hi Tim, It was good to see you at Stars of Time – that must be the 3rd time I’ve bumped into you at conventions. I hope you had a good day. Great work on your blog! (Ishvar – as the 5th Doctor)

Hi Ishvar! Glad you found my blog. Thanks for leaving a comment. I hope you’ll get to enjoy more on my blog.

Glad you enjoyed the convention yesterday. It was great to see you in your Fifth Doctor costume again. Yes it is three times we’ve met at conventions. That’s good. Hope to see you at another one soon.

I enjoyed the convention yesterday. It was great to see Sarah Sutton again as well as Peter Davison and Colin Baker. I’m looking forward to writing my convention report on ‘Stars of Time’ when I get back home tomorrow.

Many thanks, Ishvar. Glad you found and are enjoying my blog so far. See you soon. Tim. 🙂

      Hi Simon.

Thanks for sharing this with me. Those ‘Doctor Who’ figures look very impressive. I’ve seen something like that when I go to conventions. They’re very tempting to have, aren’t they?

£320 is a lot, yes! I can’t even afford that much. I’d rather spend my money on conventions and seeing Sarah Sutton…or purchase ‘The Power of the Daleks’ on DVD instead of purchasing that collection for that amount.

      Thanks Simon.

      Tim. 🙂

$149 dollars on Amazon US which is about £113 it’s still way to pricey & i only want two of those figures as i own the others in there attire.

Hopefully they’ll get a individual release mate.

I see this is a new comic con exclusive? That 6th doctor figure is very nice! It looks like a variation on the 2009 San Diego comic con special. I have that one but this looks even better!
