We come to a fun and very entertaining ‘Power Rangers’ episode in today’s instalment of ‘Power Month’. It’s time for ‘Power Ranger Punks’, where Kimberly and Billy drink glasses of water, poisoned by Baboo, one of Rita’s goons, and they become evil punks. Jason, Zack and Trini have to find a way to save their friends whilst fighting off a monster called the Terror Toad. Zordon and Alpha also help to save Kimberly and Billy. 🙂

‘Doctor Who’ 60th Anniversary Marathon – ‘The Lazarus Experiment’

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Today, it’s time to check out the ‘Doctor Who’ episode ‘The Lazarus Experiment’ by Stephen Greenhorn in Series 3 of the new TV series, starring David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor and Freema Agyeman as Martha Jones. The inspiration for this episode was to make it like a Marvel Comics superhero monster-type of movie. This is especially the case as Mark Gatiss guest stars as Professor Lazarus, a scientist who seeks the fountain of youth before he becomes a terrifying monster in the episode. There’s also the return of Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Tish, Martha’s sister; Reggie Yates as Leo, Martha’s brother; and Adjoa Andoh as Francine, Martha’s mum, who becomes suspicious of her daughter’s recent whereabouts. ‘The Lazarus Experiment’ can be checked out on DVD, Blu-ray and BBC iPlayer.
