Good Friday 2022

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

A happy Good Friday to you all! Today, I’m sharing my review on ‘Jesus of Nazareth’, a 1977 TV dramatisation on the Biblical story of Jesus Christ, directed by Franco Zeffirelli and featuring a stellar cast led by Robert Powell as Jesus. I used to watch ‘Jesus of Nazareth’ as a kid at around Christmas and Easter time.

As well as Robert Powell, ‘Jesus of Nazareth’ also features Anne Bancroft, Ernest Borgnine, Valentina Cortese, James Farentino, James Earl Jones, Stacy Keach, Tony Lo Bianco, James Mason, Ian McShane, Laurence Olivier, Donald Pleasence, Christopher Plummer, Anthony Quinn, Fernando Rey, Rod Steiger, Peter Ustinov, Michael York and Olivia Hussey.

Please feel free to check out, read and comment on my review of ‘Jesus of Nazareth’ by clicking on the link for it. In a world where there is so much pain and suffering, we all need to be reminded of the hope and promise of eternal life in heaven, as said by Jesus Christ in the book of John, Chapter 3, verse 16.

Happy Easter everyone! 🙂

Bye for now!

Tim. 🙂
