The Fifth Doctor meets Maxwell Edison
This is a two-part adventure by Steve Parkhouse with artwork by Dave Gibbons. This story features the first appearance of Maxwell Edison, a friend to the Doctor in Stockbridge. Max would later return to ‘Doctor Who’ in the Big Finish audio drama ‘The Eternal Summer’, played by Mark Williams.
It was great to read Max’s first adventure with the Doctor in ‘Stars Fall On Stockbridge’. I like how he’s first introduced to the Doctor and some of this story was later adapted for audio in ‘The Eternal Summer’. I was a little disappointed that this was just a two-part adventure since it wasn’t long enough.
