Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!
For the first time ever, we have a ‘Nyssa Challenge’ mini-review season over the Easter period of 2024! 😀 This was supposed to be ‘The Nyssa Challenge’ mini-review season from December 2023 to January 2024, but because of the busyness of 2023, thanks to ‘Doctor Who’s 60th anniversary celebrations, I wasn’t able to find the time to put it together, which is a shame.
Anyway, we can now enjoy checking out some new ‘Doctor Who’ stories featuring Nyssa of Traken as well as revisit a few classic stories from March to April 2024. Let’s start the 2024 ‘Nyssa Challenge’ mini-review season by checking out the second of the two Big Finish audio novels by Matthew Waterhouse (the first is ‘Watchers’, featuring the Fourth Doctor, Adric and the Daleks) called ‘Prisoners of London’. The story features the Fifth Doctor, Nyssa, Tegan and Adric, and is read by Matthew Waterhouse himself.
