After all these years since I saw it in on TV December 2015…and again on DVD in August 2016…and again on a TV repeat in December 2016, I’ve done a full-detailed review of ‘We’re Doomed! The Dad’s Army Story’! This is the docu-drama detailing how Jimmy Perry and David Croft made the ‘Dad’s Army’ TV series.

It also stars John Session as Arthur Lowe, Julian Sands as John Le Mesurier, Mark Heap as Clive Dunn, Ralph Riach as John Laurie, Kevin Bishop as James Beck, Michael Cochrane as Arnold Ridley, Kieran Hodgson as Private Pike and more.
