It’s time for ghosts in ‘Doctor Who’ as we look at the third episode of Series 1 starring Christopher Eccleston as the Doctor and Billie Piper as Rose Tyler. This episode is ‘The Unquiet Dead’ by Mark Gatiss. It features the Doctor and Rose visiting Victorian Cardiff and meeting Charles Dickens for Christmas.
