We’re getting closer to Christmas Day and we’ll soon have the 2020 Christmas Special of ‘Call the Midwife’ via BBC One upon us! I’m looking forward to it, especially with Peter Davison as the special guest star. It’s also good that a vaccine is on its way to counteract the coronavirus. But still, please keep safe.
How fitting it is for me to share my latest reviews on Series 5 of ‘Call the Midwife’, starring Jenny Agutter, Linda Bassett, Pam Ferris, Helen George, Judy Parfitt and more. I’ve reviewed all eight episodes of Series 5 as well as the 2015 Christmas Special. What challenges will the midwifery team of Poplar face in 1961?
