–UPDATED REVIEW ON GRAPHIC NOVEL TODAY–

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

As it’s the 60th anniversary of ‘Doctor Who’ next year, it’s only fair to revisit a 50th anniversary special story of ‘Doctor Who’ in the form of the comic book adventure ‘Prisoners of Time’, featuring the first eleven Doctors and their companions. The Fifth Doctor, Nyssa, Tegan and Adric appear in the fifth chapter of the graphic novel story called ‘In Their Nature’.

It’s nice to revisit ‘Prisoners of Time’ for my ‘Nyssa Challenge’ mini-review season from 2022 to 2023. As I write this blog post, revisiting ‘Prisoners of Time’ has helped me with writing my own 60th anniversary special of ‘Doctor Who’ for ‘Bradley’s Basement’ in 2023. But is the issue of Nyssa and Tegan meeting the Rutans and Sontarans first before stories like ‘Castle of Fear’, ‘The Five Companions’, ‘Heroes of Sontar’ and ‘A Fix with Sontarans’ resolved?

Please feel free to check out, read and comment on my updated review on ‘Prisoners of Time’ by clicking on the link for it. You can purchase ‘Prisoners of Time’ from Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.com.

Enjoy! 🙂

Stay tuned tomorrow for my reviews on the Big Finish audio stories ‘Secrets of Telos’, ‘God of War’ and ‘The Auton Infinity’, included in the two ‘Forty’ box sets, starring Peter Davison as the Fifth Doctor, Sarah Sutton as Nyssa, Janet Fielding as Tegan, Matthew Waterhouse as Adric, Mark Strickson as Turlough and Jon Culshaw as Kamelion, the Brigadier and the Master.

Bye for now!

Tim 🙂
