At last! I’ve updated my review on another classic ‘Doctor Who’ season on Blu-ray! That’s right! I’ve updated my review on Season 23 of ‘Doctor Who’ with Colin Baker! This is actually the 14-part epic story ‘The Trial of a Time Lord’. It contains four segments linked by the Doctor being put on trial. The season stars as Colin Baker as the Sixth Doctor, Nicola Bryant as Peri, Bonnie Langford as Mel, Michael Jayston as the Valeyard and Lynda Bellingham as the Inquisitor.

This updated review contains new info on the four segments featured in ‘The Trial of a Time Lord’ story including ‘The Mysterious Planet’, ‘Mindwarp’, ‘Terror of the Vervoids’ and ‘The Ultimate Foe’. It also contains info on the brand-new Blu-ray special features featured in the Season 23 Blu-ray box set. This includes new extras such as ‘The Doctor’s Table’ with Colin Baker, Nicola Bryant, Bonnie Langford and Michael Jayston; the ‘Behind The Sofa’ features and ‘The Doctor Who Cookbook Revisited’ with three bonus recipes and also features Sarah Sutton, Janet Fielding, Frazer Hines, Terry Molloy, etc. I was very excited by these new extras in the Season 23 Blu-ray box set.
